Description
1.Used as the front-class filter to seprate tiny particulate in the high ar purity requirement and bacterial-free environment. such as industry, research, hospital, pharmaceutical and nuclear place. As high efficiency air filter, it is used to seprate the submicrone particulate, aerosal, toxic dust, virus, bacteria in the air of inlet and outlet wind.
2. Filter element can be combinated into filter to meet different airflow requirement.
3.According to the different application and requirement of filter element, the outline frame can adpot various materials, such as clamps, fiber board, zinc galvanizing steel plate, stainless steel or aluminum.
4.The outline dimensions can be manufactured according to the detailed requirements of the customer.
Optional Filter Media:
1) Spunbonded polyester
2) Polyester + Oil and water repellent
3) Polyester + PTFE Membrane (Coated by glue & Coated by heating)
4) Polyester + Anti-static (Aluminized antistatic & Polymer Antistatic )
5) Polyester + Flame retardant
6) Polyester + Dual anti-treatment (Anti-static+Flame retardant, Oil and water repellent+ Anti-static, PTFE Membrane+ Anti-static)
We will choose the most suitable filter media according to customers' requirement.
End Casp & Inner Core: Electro-galvanized to prevent corrosion. Stainless steel is also available.
Gasket: Professional sealing obturator elastic neoprene.
